Current Activation Options & Annual Open Enrollment
BenefitLink offers group short & long disability & group life insurance through Lincoln Financial for all fulltime independent professionals during the first 30 days of activation and during our annual open enrollment for the month of August with GUARANTEED ISSUE and NO UNDERWRITING.
Cost of Affiliation
A one-time $100.00 activation fee for independent professionals, this includes a 3-month trial of our Family Cigna + plan upon request. Cigna + plan is $10.00 per month after the trial period.
We also offer a $50.00 activation fee for your staff, including a 3-month trial of our Family Cigna + plan upon request) Cigna + plan is $10.00 per month after trial period.
