Benefit elections and changes may be made during the Annual Open Enrollment period each August. For detailed information about available benefits, please visit the Benefit Options page under the Associates section of the navigation bar. To update your personal or banking information, select the Update Information option within the same section.
Cancellation & Status Change Policy
Associates are responsible for notifying ASP Benefits in writing of any status changes, including cancellations, employment changes, or eligibility updates. All notifications must be submitted via email to associateservices@aspbenefits. net.
Coverage and billing will remain active until written notice is received and processed by ASP Benefits. Failure to provide timely written notification may result in continued premium charges.
Please note that premiums are non-refundable for any period of coverage in which ASP Benefits was not notified in writing of a cancellation or change in eligibility status.
Associates are responsible for maintaining eligibility requirements at all times, including full-time status where applicable.
