Becoming an ASP Associate provides the opportunity to refer Business Companies and groups or individual business professionals to the Benefit Link Program. You become an ASP Associate when you are active in the Individual Benefit Link Plan. Qualifying groups and independent professionals must be comprised of approved full-time professionals. The referral fee is paid based on the activation of the qualifying group with contact information indicated on the completed referral form and individual activation by associate name on their enrollment form or by using the referral form.

Referral Fees: Fees are paid quarterly based on which program the referred individual/group joins.

Custom Group Benefit program – $750.00 paid yearly to the referring associate for as long as the group remains active.

Group Benefit Link Program – $750.00 paid once to the referring associate.

Group Individual Benefit Link Program – $25.00 paid once to the referring associate

The Referring Associate will become an ASP independent contractor upon fee payment and will require a completed W-9 be completed. The associate will be issued a 1099 upon obtaining $500.00 annually.
